Yuki, Tokyo

It's summer time in Tokyo right now and that means fireworks, festivals and lots of people walking around in their summer yukatas. It's cool to be in a modern city where there is such a huge mix of different styles, fashion and trends, old and new, and a place where you see people of all ages casually walking around town dressed in traditional Japanese style. The yukata is made of a very light cotton so not only are they worn to festivals and parties, but they're also another option for keeping cool during these hot summer months.
